I want lessons to be a positive, consistent experience for every learner. These policies are in place to help things run smoothly for everyone. Please take a moment to read through them, and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

1. Payment

Lessons are paid monthly in advance. An invoice will be sent in the last week of each month, and sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

If payment is not received before the scheduled sessions begin, lessons will not be confirmed until payment is completed.

2. Lesson Schedule

Lessons take place on fixed days and times each week.

Consistency helps learners build confidence and improve their speaking skills.

If a schedule change is needed, please communicate in advance so we can check available options.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to pause lessons due to travel, school holidays, or other commitments, please let me know as early as possible, and I'll adjust your invoice accordingly.
